Please note that my shop generally does not accept returns or exchanges once purchased even if item has not yet shipped. However, I stand firmly behind the quality of my work. If an item arrives defective, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery so that we can determine the best way to resolve the issue and ensure satisfaction.

Items should be hand washed and air dried. They can be stretched back into the desired shape. Items may also appear to be distorted upon arrive due to packaging and handling during shipping. They should be able to be easily shaped back to the original desired look by placing both hands inside the hat and stretching it out in every direction.
